Temperature has a great influence on the normal operation and service life of high-power electronic components. To cope with increasingly severe heat problems in integrated circuits, an enhanced transfer factor E is introduced to evaluate comprehensive performance microchannel sinks (MCHS). The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software was used numerically study flow characteristics cone-column combined sink. research results obtained velocity field pressure distribution sink structure range 100 ? When changes, change law drop ?P, friction f, average Nussel number Nuave, substrate temperature T, E, are compared circular MCHS. show that uniform arrangement cones inside can state cooling medium enhance transfer.
